Midtown tunnel to Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 38 (Northern State Parkway). Or take Grand Central Parkway (which becomes Northern State Parkway). Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 31 Meadowbrook Parkway south Exit M3W, Toward Stewart Avenue. Stay straight to go onto Merchants Concourse / Avenue C. Turn Right onto Stewart Avenue, and drive about 1/2 mile until you see a three-story brown brick building with a sloping front façade on your right. From JFK Airport :
Take Airport Exit for Belt Parkway East. Follow signs for Southern State Parkway East (Belt Pkwy turns into Southern State, so really no exit). Take Southern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway North to Exit M3W – toward Stewart Avenue. Merge onto Avenue C and stay to the right hand side of the road. From LaGuardia Airport :

Cross the George Washington Bridge, to the Cross Bronx Expressway, take either Whitestone or Throg's Neck Bridge to Cross Island Parkway. From George Bush Intercontinental Airport
Exit from the Airport and continue on John F. Kennedy Blvd toward Airport Hotel. Take the Beltway 8 east (US-59) ramp and merge onto highway. Take the Lee Road exit. Continue on Beltway 8N Belt Dr. E/N Sam Houston Parkway East, bear right on a local road and continue on US-59/US-59N. Take the US-59 South ramp and merge. Take the I-10 East/I-10 West exit towards Beaumont/San Antonio. Continue on I-10 west ramp towards San Antonio, merge on I-10 west. Take the North Durham Dr./N Shepherd Dr exit (exit #765B). Continue on Katy Freeway, turn left on Durham Drive. Continue on Shepherd Drive and turn right on Memorial Drive. Continue on ramp and onto Memorial Drive. (Approximately 35 minutes, 23.7 miles)

From William P. Hobby Airport
Go towards the Airport exit on Airport loop. Turn left on ram and continue on Broadway Blvd/Broadway Street. Continue on Broadway Blvd/Traffic Circle. Bear left on Traffic Circle and continue on Gulf Freeway. Continue on Gulf Freeway Service Dr/Gulf Freeway. Take the I-45 North ramp and merge on I-45 North. Take the Houston Avenue exit, continue on Houston Avenue and turn left onto N. Memorial Way. Continue on ramp onto Memorial Drive. Turn left on Aloe Street followed by a left onto Memorial Drive (Approximately 20 minutes, 13.4 miles)
